Allen Mesick

Allen Mesick, from Huntington Beach, California, has over 20 years of experience breeding and showing white and natural colored angora goats. He is an ARBA rabbit judge, having judged shows across the U.S. and internationally. Currently completing a master’s degree in International Apparel Merchandising and Management at CalPoly Pomona, Allen's focus lies in the agricultural aspects of apparel, especially using natural colored fibers as a sustainable, no-dye alternative in fashion. His thesis draws on mohair samples from his work with angora goats. Professionally, he manages Centennial Farm at the Orange County Fair & Event Center, where he oversees programs that introduce agriculture to over 40,000 urban elementary students each year.
